1. Introduction and Acceptance

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets the rules for using ChihuahuaCity.store, including any subdomains, interactive features, quizzes, newsletters, text-message programs, and any comments, reviews, or community features we may offer (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Getchman Klovas Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Chihuahua City (“Chihuahua City,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Use at [URL]. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Permitted Use

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use: reading our content, using our tools, subscribing to our communications, and following our links to third-party retailers to shop for your own household. 4. Security and Technical Integrity

You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, our administrative accounts, other users’ information, or the systems of our service providers, whether by hacking, password mining, credential stuffing, or any other means.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected network, or breach or circumvent any security, authentication, rate-limiting, or consent-management measure, including our cookie-consent banner.
Launch or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, request flooding, or any comparable technique against the Site.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any non-public portion of the Site, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

6. Affiliate Tracking and Attribution Integrity

Chihuahua City’s ability to operate depends on the integrity of affiliate tracking between the Site, our affiliate networks, and our retail partners. You may not:

Generate clicks on our affiliate links by automated, scripted, incentivized, coerced, or otherwise artificial means, or induce others to click links they do not intend to use.
Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-under or hidden-iframe loading of our links, or any technique that sets or triggers affiliate cookies without a genuine, user-initiated click.
Alter, strip, replace, append to, or otherwise manipulate the tracking parameters, identifiers, or destination of any link on the Site, or use software, extensions, or services to substitute our affiliate identifiers with your own or anyone else’s.
Copy our affiliate links for placement in unsolicited email or messages, paid search advertising, coupon or deal aggregation, or any placement prohibited by the applicable affiliate program’s terms.
Place orders, initiate transactions, or trigger commission events with fraudulent payment methods or with the intent of generating, inflating, or reversing commissions, or otherwise abuse promotional offers of our retail partners through the Site.
Interfere with, disable, or degrade any analytics, attribution, consent-management, or link-management tool used on the Site.

7. User Content Standards

If the Site offers comments, reviews, forums, or other features that allow you to post or submit material (“User Content”), you are solely responsible for your User Content, and it must comply with this Policy. You may not post or submit User Content that:

Is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, or threatening, or that links to external material of that nature.
Infringes or violates any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity, or any other right of any person or entity.

Is false, deceptive, or misleading, including fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, inaccurate or manipulative tagging, or content whose source or origin is disguised.
Contains viruses or other contaminating or destructive features, or solicits credentials or personal information from other users.

We do not endorse User Content, and opinions expressed in User Content are those of the person posting. Anything you post in a public area of the Site is public, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Animal Welfare and Safety Content

Because the Site serves a community of dog owners, the following are prohibited in any User Content or submission, in addition to the standards above:

Content that depicts, promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for animal cruelty, neglect, abandonment, dogfighting, or any illegal activity involving animals.
Content promoting the sale of live animals, or promoting breeding, importation, or transport practices that are illegal in the user’s or reader’s jurisdiction.
Veterinary or medical claims presented as professional advice, including dosage instructions for prescription medications or advice to forgo veterinary care. Site content is editorial and informational only and is not veterinary advice; health decisions for your dog should be made with a licensed veterinarian.

9. Commercial Solicitation and Spam

Unless you have a written commercial agreement with Chihuahua City, you may not use the Site to:

Advertise, promote, or solicit business for any product, service, website, or fundraising effort, or post your own affiliate, referral, or tracking links.
Distribute spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or bulk unsolicited messages, or solicit users of the Site to join competing services or communities.
Subscribe any person other than yourself to our email or SMS programs, or submit any phone number or email address you are not authorized to enroll.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, guides, comparison tables, graphics, logos, the “Chihuahua City” name and marks, and the selection and arrangement of our product catalog — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, share links to, and print individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, republication, or commercial exploitation of Site content requires our prior written permission. Product names, brand names, and trademarks of third parties appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement of or by Chihuahua City. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at info@chihuahuacity.store.

11. Monitoring and Enforcement

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Site and to review, screen, edit, restrict, or remove any User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy; suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Site or any feature — including under any username, email address, phone number, or device associated with a violator; cancel email or SMS subscriptions; withhold, void, or reverse the benefit of any promotion obtained through a violation; report conduct to affiliate networks, retail partners, and law enforcement; and cooperate with legal process, including disclosing information as described in our Privacy Policy. These remedies are in addition to, not in place of, any other remedy available to us at law or in equity, including recovery of damages caused by a violation. Failure to enforce any provision of this Policy is not a waiver of it.

12. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or conduct on the Site that you believe violates this Policy, please report it to info@chihuahuacity.store with a link to or description of the material and the reason for your report. We review reports but cannot guarantee a response to every submission, and we may act, or decline to act, in our sole discretion.
